A revision of the Hypolycaena lebona group of African Lycaenidae (Lepidoptera), with description of two new species and a new subspecies

Abstract :

The Hypolycaena lebona group (Lepidoptera: Lycaenidae) is revised.  Two new species, H. clenchi sp. n. and H. kakumi sp. n. are is described. One new sub-species, H. lebona davenporti ssp. n., is described.  A key to the species-group is given.  The distribution of the species is discussed.
